Email Design Systems

I design promotional email campaigns every week for hotel brands and other retail clients: deciding what to sell, planning how each email is built, and designing every send in a consistent system.

Every campaign is a full series

Each promotion runs as a sequence of emails per brand and market. A few recent ones, ready to open.

    From brief to inbox

Marketing sets the promotion. Turning it into emails that sell is where my work starts.

    Brief

Marketing defines the offer, dates and markets for the promotion.

    Choose what to sell

I check what is in stock and pick the products and categories with the best chance to sell.

    Plan the email

I decide how each send is built: hero, section order, modules and calls to action.

    Design

Built in Figma from each brand's component library, with retouched or AI-generated imagery.

    Approve & ship

After marketing approves, I export the slices, build the email in Salesforce, and run test sends and QA before launch.

    My responsibility

    AI-assisted imagery

    Real products, AI-generated models

I combine real product images with AI-generated models and settings. It saves the time and cost of product shoots, which can be slow to organize and don't always deliver the best result.

Less time, lower costNo models, locations or crew to book, and consistent results across every send.
    Case in point

    Shop Marriott · September–October

One promotion from start to finish: four sends, each with its own job, in three languages.

    01 · Launch

    Open the offer

Announces 25% off sitewide. A strong lifestyle hero, then one block per category so every customer finds a way in.

    02 · Feature

    Spotlight bath

Narrows the story to amenities, robes, towels and slippers, plus scent, to re-engage people who didn't buy at launch.

    03 · Feature

    Go deep on bedding

The brand's core category. Pillows, blankets, linens and toppers, each with its own image, copy and call to action.

    04 · Last call

    Close with urgency

"Offer ends soon" leads, and a denser recap of every category helps last-minute shoppers decide fast.

    Three languages, one layout

The same launch adapted for Canada and Europe, with copy-fit checked per language.
